Deer Stalking: Hartland Region, North Devon.

Deer Stalking

A lovely stalk of approximately 2000  acres in stunning countryside voted a place of natural beauty with deep wooded valleys running to the sea, the stalk has been kindly leased to our syndicate lots of Roe and Fallow are present please also ensure you clean or remove all waste from any culled animal.

What species on land:

  • Fallow deer.
  • Roe Deer.


  • Fallow Buck: 1st Aug-Apr 30th.
  • Fallow Does: Nov 1st – Feb 28th.
  • Roe Deer: April 1st – 31st Oct.
  • Roe Does: Nov 1st – Feb 28th.
  • Muntjac: No season.

Weapons required:

  •  .243 Small deer.
  • Fallow .270 recommended.

They are your own responsibility.

North Devon A39 between Bideford and Bude  further on off  the B3247 runs through Hartland we have a detailed map being added with boundaries. If in doubt ask Chris direct.
